Eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting (including Henna), Lash Lifts and Brow Laminations all require a patch test at least 24 - 48 prior to any new booking. 

 

If you have had any of these treatments done before but not it done for 6 months or more, we require you to have a new patch test. 

 

A patch test is required as skin sensitivities change and/or product ingredients may change. 

 

If a patch test is not carried out before your booking then the treatment cannot be carried out as our insurance would then be invalid if there are any reactions. 

Henna Tint can last for up to 2 weeks on the skin for a tattoo effect, and 6-8 weeks on the hairs. So long as the correct aftercare is followed, Henna can last longer, and the length of the results also depends on your skin/hair as each individual is different. 

Please allow 30 minutes for this treatment to be carried out. 

A spray tan can last on your body anywhere from 7-10 days providing the aftercare given is followed correctly. You are to expect some areas to start fading from Day 5 which is totally normal, then to help the tan fade away evenly you can exfoliate. 

We take both methods of payment at Body2Soul. The only card we do not accept currently is American Express. 

Yes we have a car park at our salon. Please note that if you have an evening appointment this will be more limited due to exercise classes that are held at the Gym below us from 5:30 up to 7:30 most evenings. 

 

If our car park is busy, there is also parking available at the old Busy Bee’s nursery, Knights Way or Pyke Road. And failing those areas there is also Springfield. 

This isn’t something we currently offer but we are looking into for the future. If you do require a gift voucher please email or call us to arrange this for you. 

We don’t offer online booking for our general treatments, but we do offer online booking for Sunbed sessions. 

Yes we have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the booked time you are then expected to cover the cost of the appointment
